Sanator Provider Registry

Created core SQL data import/cleansing pipelines for the Registry, which fulfilled California's SB137 requirements.

As a Master Data Engineer at Gaine Solutions, I worked with the team to build the Sanator Provider Registry — California's mandated healthcare provider directory under SB137. The registry standardized and unified provider data across the state's healthcare ecosystem, enabling accurate provider lookups for insurers, hospitals, and regulators.

I designed and built the core SQL data import and cleansing pipelines that ingested provider records from disparate sources, normalized them against regulatory schemas, and surfaced data quality issues before they reached production. The work involved heavy use of SQL Server, Redgate tooling, and Power BI for pipeline monitoring and stakeholder reporting — all under strict HIPAA compliance requirements.
